About me:

Hey there! My name is Katie Lipscomb. I am a Memphis, Tennessee girl born and raised, but an Ole Miss Rebel at heart. As you can see, my Goldendoodles Toby and Teddy are a major highlight of my life. My friends would say I am a lover of all things pink and sparkly, and I love being the "planner" of every get-together. My number one go to is pizza, and my favorite treat is sweet :)

I am an active alumnus of the University of Mississippi since 2017 and continue to say HOTTY TODDY! I grew up cheering on the rebels and no matter what, I am a huge football and baseball fan. In college, I was very involved in my sorority. During recruitment of 2015, I held the position of philanthropy chair where I was in charge of planning the philanthropy party of recruitment for my sorority. Go girl go KD.

After graduation, I found myself pursuing a career in something that I have always hoped and dreamed of- event coordinating. In my off time in the summers of college, I worked with a local event planner in Memphis where I learned the ins and outs of the wedding world. These ladies inspired me to chase after my dream.

I have had the pleasure of working in the event planning industry for the past 5 years. I have seen different style weddings, rehearsal dinners, birthday parties, etc. from start to finish. Being active in the budgeting process, I have learned to ensure all of my clients are on the same page during the planning process and feel comfortable discussing finances. One of my favorite things is watching someone’s dream day become a reality as the person behind the scenes making sure the essentials are taken care of.

I am a perfectionist yet creative and always want to learn more about the industry. Lets make your dream event one of a kind, by having fun working together from the start!
